Nice to meet you. My name is Hiroko. I´m from Kansai, Japan. I got married a spanish and live in Spain.....but I can´t speak spanish yet.
はじめまして。私はヒロコと言います。関西出身のコテコテ日本人です。スペイン人と結婚し、スペインに住んでいます・・・が、スペイン語はまだできません（汗）。

I put the title ¨ESPETO DE SARDINAS¨ for this blog. This means ¨grilled sardines with stick¨.
I went to south of Spain, Malaga on holiday. When we stayed there for 5days, we fell in love in these and ate them 5times or more!! If you go to southe of Spain (especially beach), just try them. I really recomend them. 
ブログの題名にした「ESPETO DE SARDINAS」は、スペイン語で「エスペト　デ　サルディナス」と読み、「いわしの焼き串」という意味です。先日ホリデーで南スペインのマラガというところへ行ってきました。そのときに私と私の相方がめちゃくちゃはまったのがコレ。５日間の滞在で、４回は食べたはずです^^;　南スペイン（とくにビーチ）へ行かれる場合は、ぜひお試しください！

写真では、串にささってないですが、ビーチにある野外で船の形をした焼くところで串に刺さって焼かれます。ちょっとわかり難い画像ですが、焼いている様子は、コレ↓
